Dixie Kwik is all about fresh food and quick service! At Dixie Kwik, we serve you a fresh, scratch-made Southern home-style meal for breakfast or lunch – and serve it to you within 3-5 minutes of arrival.

Dixie Kwik is a restaurant cafe serving the quality meal needs of patrons at breakfast and lunch. Although we do not open for dinner, we have a RediKwik Market where customers can get scratch-made meals, side items, sandwiches and casseroles to take home to serve the family at dinner or for groups.

All food is hand made fresh each day on our stove or in our ovens. We do not have deep fat fryers in our kitchens. We do not use canned vegetables with the exception of tomatoes and green beans. These items have proven to be of much better quality consistency. Our cabbage and carrots are fresh, hand peeled, cut and cooked to a very flavorful tenderness. We use only fresh green and red peppers and fresh onions in our recipes. Fresh just-cracked shell eggs are our standard.

Most of the recipes we use were developed by Ted during his 35 years career in the restaurant business. Dixie Kwik Cafe, created and developed over the course of four years by Ted Duboise, was born finally in December of 2016.

We spent four dedicated years of configuring the concept, building service models, developing recipes, and finally arriving with our current concept. Then, after almost six months of necessary building upgrades, cleaning, setting up vendors, creating processes, and hiring our great staff, Dixie Kwik Cafe opened on May 25, 2017.

Dixie Kwik’s motto is “Food to Remember” and our team diligently strives to meet that standard. It is our standard practice to treat all people with the utmost respect, including our staff, our customers, and our vendors. We conduct our business with all those involved with the highest of integrity!

We understand that you come to a cafe to eat – not to sit around waiting for your food to arrive. Therefore, when you come in, you go to the counter, select from 3-4 meat choices, 6 to 8 side items, three bread choices, and choose tea, lemonade, coffee, or soft drinks. Take your food, pick a table and start eating. It’s that simple!

We have also created some specialty food items that you’ll find nowhere else. For breakfast, you’ll enjoy the Dixie Slam or the Dixie Doodle. At lunch, we have our original recipe Dixie Chicken SaladDixie Joe, Loaded Potato Soup and Daddy’s Chili.
