Biggest Selection of Scratch-Made Soups
Dixie Kwik Southern Cooking is making the soups you love from scratch – right in our kitchen. Using fresh ingredients, you can taste the difference in a scratch-made soup.
There is no comfort food quite like scratch-made soup. We don’t use frozen, pre-made or boil-in-the-bag soups (what the industry calls sous vide).
Every soup or stew that we serve is scratch-made using mostly our own recipes. Occasionally we find a recipe that we use because it is so good. One example is our Brunswick Stew (pictured above). This recipe came from the City of Brunswick, Georgia. We do customize it a little to our own liking.
Many of our soups do not have a written recipe. We just put in the right ingredients and seasonings and slow cook it until it’s right.
Choose soups by the bowl, pint or quart. You can also choose any Soup or Stew as a side item.
Now, we don’t serve all soups all the time. We rotate from day to day. However, most days we will have at least five to six soups to choose from. With that many selections, you’ll be able to find one you like.
